Crucial Note: A precise delivery address and an active local mobile number are strictly required at checkout.
Local delivery couriers rely completely on phone calls or SMS coordination to hand over the package. Kimo Store is not responsible for failed deliveries or packages returned to the warehouse due to incorrect contact details or unanswered delivery calls.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kimo Store is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your order upon arrival in the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
